This is where we went today. Mount Yoshino. Near Kyoto Going on the “Bullet” train tomorrow to Okayama In Japan it is called “Shinkansen”
Cherry blossoms only bloom about 9 days a year so everyone is excited.

We are in Kanazawa now. Took a train 3 hours south of Tokyo. Lots of cherry blossoms!

Ate a really big tasty bowl of Ramen
11 stories tall with shopping malls, whole floors just for Ramen restaurants. In the basement was a full on grocery store.
